Welcome

We are an experimental research group in Atomic, Molecular and Optical Physics (AMO) and particularly interested in coherent interaction of light with matter. Using double or triple resonance excitation techniques, we investigate the radiative lifetimes of the highly excited molecular energy states. Employing rovibrationally and time-resolved molecular spectroscopy, in conjunction with the photon counting technique,we precisely determine the radiative lifetimes. This approach provides detailed insights into transition dipole moments, enriching our understanding of the structure and decay dynamics of the excited molecular states. Our research projects are supported by the National Science Foundation.
