Description
X-Gluc (5-bromo-4-chloro-3-indolyl-beta-D-glucuronic acid, cyclohexylammonium salt) is a substrate for beta-glucoronidase (GUS) encoded by the gusA gene. X-Gluc is suitable for detection of GUS expression in cells and tissue (1).
