Rigaku XtaLAB Synergy-S X-ray diffractometer for single crystal X-ray diffraction.

With a PhotonJet-S series of microfocus Mo X-ray source, a four-circle kappa goniometer, and a HyPix-6000HE
hybrid photon counting X-ray detector

 

Powder X-Ray Diffraction

Rigaku MiniFlex PXRD with a HyPix-400 MF 2D hybrid pixel array detector (HPAD),

Cu K-alpha X-ray source, and an 8-position automatic sample changer.

 

Electron Probe Microanalysis

JEOL JXA-iHP200F
Field Emission
Electron Probe Microanalyzer (FE-EPMA)

With 5 WDS detectors, and energy dispersive spectrometer (EDS), and cathodoluminescence (CL) detector.

Various optical microscopes including research petrographic microscopes, with reflected light differential interference contrast microscopy (DIC),
