If your web browser refuses to send mail, the most likely error that you are getting is "server has no DNS entry." In Netscape, this is easy to correct. The problem lies in the fact that Netscape has not been told what mail server to use to send your response. If using Netscape, simply goto the preferences menu, and, depending on what version of netscape you are using, go to "mail and news preferences" or "general preferences." In the field that asks for smtp server, enter the following: nntp.muohio.edu - This will more than likely solve any problems that you are having.
