I was born in Steubenville, Ohio, graduated from Wintersville High School, and earned my Bachelor of Arts Degree in Biology from The College of Steubenville. I am studying at Miami University of Ohio to complete my Master of Arts Degree in Teaching of Biological Sciences. I should graduate in the summer of 2001. I am married to George, and we have two grown children- Georgianna and Mano. I have been teaching in the Edison Local School District since 1985.  I have taught eleven different science courses. I speak Greek fluently and love to go to Greece to visit my husband's and my relatives. I read everything about science that I can get my hands on and I love to teach. I expect my students to attend class regularly both physically and mentally, be willing to learn, and try their best at all times
