The number of students admitted each year will vary depending on available program resources.
Honors Application Process
The Honors application process for current students consists of three phases: the Honors admission workshop, the Honors application, and the Orientation Sprint Course.
- The Honors Admission Workshop: All students interested in applying to the Honors Program are REQUIRED to attend an honors admission workshop during the first two weeks of September. Specific times and locations for the workshops will be announced on this web page at the beginning of fall semester.
- The Honors Application: Once students complete the Honors Application Workshop, they are eligible to apply to the Honors Program. They will be given access to the on-line honors application after attending the Honors Admission Workshop.
- Orientation Sprint Course: This 1-credit-hour course, which takes place in the spring, is required of all newly admitted students. This course will give students the opportunity to meet other honors students and to get a jump-start on honors requirements.
