(In this video, Geshe Kalsang Damdul of the Institute of Buddhist Dialectics talks about visits between His Holiness the Dalai Lama and Miami University students.)

"One of the highlights of their visit is having an audience with His Holiness the Dalai Lama. And, of course, His Holiness has been very gracious in letting the students ask some questions and interacting with them on such a personal level. That is a great, great opportunity that our Miami students can have when they come over to Dharamsala.

I think it's really wonderful that His Holiness is going to visit Miami University. Miami University has been requesting this event from, I think, two years back and now this is coming to reality. I think this will have a wonderful, wonderful impact for Miami University and the students, the faculty and the staff.

At the same time, it will also generate a wonderful, positive influence for the Tibetan community, for the preservation of Tibetan culture, and for the preservation of Tibetan language and literature. So, I'm really, really so happy that this is happening in October."
