College of Arts & Science at Miami University
College Ambassadors
College Ambassadors are student volunteers who represent the College of Arts and Science at university-sponsored events and provide, to prospective students and their parents, insights into life at Miami University. Faculty nominate students to the program (founded in 2002) in recognition of their academic performance and other noteworthy achievements. Ten ambassadors have received the President's Distinguished Service Award (in 2010, 2011, 2012, or 2013). Dean Callahan recognizes and appreciates their positive impact upon visitors to the university.
